WOMEN'S PLAY MARATHON 2023/24
Every other Monday, 8pm
In 2020, we reached our goal of zoom reading 50 plays by women, with actors and playwrights joining in from all over the world. But the marathon doesn't stop there!
To date, we've read 100 plays since. In this fourth edition, we aim to read another 25 plays by women. All are welcome to take part, regardless of gender, location or experience.

WRITE WRITE REVOLUTION
Every other Wednesday, 8pm
A fortnightly writing session at Fono, it is divided into 3 parts:

Writing: The writer has 90 minutes to write something based on a given prompt

Reading: The actor(s) reads out the work

Reflection: A group discussion ensues
The goal is to provide a brave space for writing, to experiment with ideas, to make discoveries in your craft and to initiate a collective reflection of different writing processes.
MAIN BACA
Sunday, 6.30pm
Main Baca is a series of closed, weekly play readings for younger actors to discover and discuss local and international plays. The project aims to create a space for actors to discover new works, and to offer opportunities to stretch their acting muscles outside the rehearsal room - without the all-too-familiar pressures of a full production. We also aim to stimulate engaging discourse through our post-read discussions.
